In August 2015, it was announced that Bury St Edmunds restaurant Valley Connection had reached the regional final of the Tiffin Cup after being nominated by Jo Churchill MP. The competition celebrates the best South Asian Restaurants in the country while raising money for charity.
Jo Churchill MP said: “I am delighted that my nomination for Valley Connection has been accepted and that this excellent restaurant has reached the regional finals. Should they win, I look forward to welcoming Valley Connection to the House of Commons.”
