Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay - it's ok to ask for help. Good mental health is vital for all, from the very youngest to the oldest in our society - it's essential that we all have access to the help and services we may need.

Recently I welcomed Children's Minister David Johnston MP to the Guildhall Feoffment Preschool & Nursery. I gave him a copy of constituent Dr Beth Moseley's book, 'Happy Families: How to Protect & Support Your Child's Mental Health.' This is a practical book to guide any parent with the challenges of helping their children with their Mental Health. I took time out to read it this summer - Beth is doing great work in this space.
