Jo Churchill MP is happy to confirm that, following her attendance to a concert held at St Edmundsbury Cathedral on 23rd May, she is now a member of the Council of Reference for Suffolk Philharmonic Orchestra.

Mrs Churchill said: “I am delighted to have been accepted by the Board of Trustees on to the Council of Reference for Suffolk Philharmonic Orchestra. Led by Leslie Oliver, the orchestra is hugely talented and is a wonderful display of what Suffolk has to offer.

In this new role, I look forward to continuing my support for musical and creative arts in Bury St. Edmunds and Suffolk.”

Mrs Churchill joins the Council with a membership including local councillors and other local figures.
