Compeigne Way was a huge source of frustration to residents and businesses alike, and an issue I am contacted about long after the road had reopened.

Therefore I was pleased to have a productive meeting with stakeholders including Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Highways, West Suffolk councillors, Steve Lumley Planing Ltd, Andrew Long of Hall Farm and British Sugar to discuss how working together we can mitigate the flooding over the short, medium and long term.

By cross-collaboration workable solutions can be achieved. I will continue to keep constituents updated with progress on this issue.
