It was great to meet with individuals from the beet industry in Parliament and to talk about its importance to our area.
During the event, I raised the importance of improving the A14 in Suffolk to reduce delays and am pleased British Sugar are supporting the campaign.
Agriculture is a major employer in our local economy and I will always support our farmers to ensure a level playing field.
