C&C Training Ltd is a fantastic business run by two sisters in Bury St Edmunds. After 17 years they’ve expanded their operations, moving to new premises and offering a range of training and development solutions for businesses across the country.
The Bury St Edmunds Jobcentre was packed today for their Older Workers Jobs Fair! They've had a successful week supporting older workers, offering advice on topics like digital skills and money management. There's something for everyone here.
This week I met with British Sugar MD Keith Packer for an update on their work in Bury St Edmunds and beyond. We discussed challenges and opportunities and I was impressed to hear their commitment to decarbonisation, with a £5m investment. These measures will help to save 6000t of carbon per year.
